The staff at check in were friendly and they accommodated my early check in request. The room was basic and clean. The heater worked well thankfully because it was quite cold at night. They only thing was the outside grounds were kinda of messed up there was a lot of trash on the ground and it probably could have used an all over pressure washing. But to be honest it was not a big deal. The price was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again should i ever have a reason to go back to Vacaville.

Staff was exceptional. I wasn't feeling well and a member of housekeeping saw me struggle with my suitcases. She immediately came over and assisted me. Front desk lady was also very kind and professional.

The staff was very polite and helpful the maids always make sure you have clean sheets and clean towels and was just overall easy-going environment

The manager Davina responds right away upon request she was able to answer any questions and accomendate any needs i had and gave me information on discounts you get by booking online and the front desk girl Prati is wonderful she always asked if i needed anything like fresh linen and towels and how my stay was going even the housekeeper are friendly and do a good job
